D B Associates was started in 1990 by our principal Bryan Doling A.C.I.B. Prior to this he was a Bank Manager in London for a number of years and therefore has an extensive knowledge of the varied lending products currently available at both Banks and a variety of other lenders who offer funding for business propositions.

We are also members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

    • We have contacts at senior levels with a number of Banks, lenders and other financial institutions and have made it a practice of not taking on situations where we feel unable to assist. We always make a point of personally meeting all our clients to discuss their requirements and also accompany them on meetings with potential lenders.

    In the years D B Associates have been operating, all our business has come from recommendations by personal contacts and previous clients together with our extensive contacts within the financial sector.

    We produce a business proposal summary for our clients, including all relevant details on the client and prospective business, accounts and forward projections. We then select the lenders we feel would be suitable for each individual case.

    Clients and lenders are then kept fully informed at all stages to ensure a swift and satisfactory conclusion.
